Interdisciplinary Case

This case was written collaboratively by nursing and occupational therapy instructors. Students stepped through the case in class, which involved reading the patient's electronic medical record (nursing), SOAP note (occupational therapy) and exploring the patient's house. Nursing and Occupational Therapy students worked together outside of class to develop a plan of care for the patient that represented both disciplines.
